Meet Chef Oli, a skilled and passionate culinary professional with over nine years of experience. Trained on an organic farm in Ireland, her approach is grounded in sustainability, seasonality, and a strong farm-to-table ethos. Since beginning her career in 2014, she has developed a versatile, globally influenced style shaped by hands-on experience, international training, and mentorship from accomplished chefs across Europe, Asia, and beyond.

Oli brings creativity, calm focus, and a genuine love for quality ingredients to every dish. Her menus reflect a deep respect for ethically sourced produce and a keen understanding of diverse dietary needs, making her a favourite among both health-conscious and gourmet guests.
